When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, market, product interest, quantity and project message. Hosting and security systems may also process IP address, browser and request logs.
How we use information
We use information to answer sourcing requests, recommend products, review door compatibility, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and orders, prevent abuse and maintain website security. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry data may be sent to the delivery or lead-storage service configured by SINON, such as Web3Forms, a CRM or an automation webhook. These providers process data only to operate the website and respond to the request. Processing may take place outside your country.
Retention, rights and contact
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the business relationship, legal obligations and security. You may request access, correction or deletion, or object to applicable processing, by emailing Steven@smartlockhk.com. We may need to retain limited records where required by law.
